You have arrived in a small but special corner of the internet where I weave together my thoughts and dare to learn in public. This particular website is a Thought Garden, it grows as I learn. You may have the good fortune of witnessing my notes change over time.
Every note starts off as a 🌰 seed, the beginning of an idea. As it is developed and linked to other notes, it assumes the form of a 🌱 sprout. Eventually, when the note has blossomed into its full maturity, it becomes an 🌲 evergreen.
Feel free to explore and wonder this digital garden. You may do so by following the embedded links, clicking on nodes in graph view, searching for something specific, or simply by navigating the folders contained within the explorer. I have organized my notes into four general categories to assist in your meanderings.
Literature
Literature notes contain the reference material I use to compose my Parchment notes. I primarily take notes on the books I read, but on occasion, an article, podcast, movie, or video will find its way into my Literature notes.
Parchment
These notes are the “plants” of my thought garden. They grow as I learn and are often changing to adapt to my understanding of the world. You may stumble across a note that is incomplete or find that a note has changed entirely. This is how I tend to my garden. Sometimes I water, other times I prune, and occasionally I take cuttings and split them in two.
Resources
If you are looking for instructions, guides, recipes, or other products that I have made public, the resources folder is where you will find them. These notes are tools that have helped me and will hopefully help you.
Structure
Structure notes emerge when a cluster of notes share the same theme. They help me to identify novel connections and are especially useful when using the graph view.
